Our ReGEAR™ items are thoroughly inspected for quality, and while all sales are final to support our circularity goals, we offer a 30-day return window for items that do not meet the condition standards described at the time of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and a return processing fee may apply.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and state the reason for the request.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your gear is tracked back to our facility.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging or a durable mailer, ensuring all original ReGEAR™ tags remain attached to the garment.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our team inspects the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
